Welcome to Casa Tica I. Our brand-new condo in “Residencial Ebano”. This 3-bedroom condo is in a great central point for Puerto Vallarta & Nuevo Vallarta. It’s located less than 3 miles/4.2 km from the Puerto Vallarta Airport PVR. Near the new attraction Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, which is less than 5 miles/8km away. Also close to Marina Vallarta, also less than 5 miles/8km away.

With a comfortable living area and patio you can lounge in our air conditioned condo, sit on the patio or head to the community pool & lounge area for some water and sun.

Guests have full access to the pool and lounge area.

Booking is done online. An Agent will welcome you to the condo and show you around, after that you will be left alone to enjoy your stay until check out.
